Lifeline on absorber posts: A specific adaptation for a Michelin site in Spain

GM has been entrusted with the adaptation of specific posts for this steel sheet cover in an original sinusoidal shape.

This project responds to a specific request from the final customer who wanted to secure the access and the path on its roof without having to be fixing the posts on the framework.

Our absorber post is initially designed to be fixed on a steel sheet of 0.50mm minimum thickness, in a trapezoidal shape. Our engineering department has therefore developed an adaptation of the base plate so that the width can be adjusted on the spot. The final result blends perfectly with the cover thanks to the thermolacquering of the posts..
