The lifeline with shuttle on absorber post for composite and built up metal profiled roofing is a horizontal anchor device. An energy absorber is integrated in the post. This allows to reduce the efforts transmited to the host structure in case of a fall. Its installation is carried out without prior cutting of the covering complex.
The operators (maximum 4 simultaneously) move along the entire length of the lifeline by passing the intermediate and angle supports with a stainless steel shuttle without unhooking.
This device is easy to use, easy to install and complies with standard EN795: 2012 Class C.
The absorber anchorage post for metal profiled roofing is designed to be fixed on a steel deck of 0.50mm thickness minimum.
It fits on waves spaced 250mm or 333mm.
Fixing with 16 autodrilling screws.
Distance between posts 13m maximum.
Adaptation on any type of wave spacing.
